Mass Intentions
At every Mass, the Sacrifice of Christ on Calvary is re-presented, that it, presented again. Our intentions are meant to be offered to God along with the Bread and the Wine which become the Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We ought always offer our intentions to God at each Mass. But that is merely our offering. The priest, in persona Christi capitis, offers the infinitely efficacious Sacrifice of Christ.
