Annulments

An annulment is a declaration by the Catholic Church that after careful investigation, there were flaws or “defects” in a relationship that prevented it from becoming a valid sacramental marriage.  An annulment does not erase the civil contract of marriage and it has no bearing on the legitimacy of the children of the marriage. The Church’s interest is in the spiritual and personal aspects of marriage.

Please contact the church office to inquire and help you through the process.
